What to expect at your 1st appointment:
Please be aware that my office is located in the lower level of the building and there is 17 steps to walk down.
There is no elevator onsite, so if this is a problem for any client, please let me know and I will make other arrangements for your massage therapy session.
1st time clients should arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a health history form. The massage therapist will look over your history and discuss what the clients' goal is for their massage therapy session. Various massage therapy techniques may be used to achieve your goal. The massage therapist will leave the room and the client may undress down to their level comfort, and position themselves underneath the linen on the massage table.
Massage Therapy is performed using oil or creams, with soothing kneading, pressing, tapping, friction and stretching techniques.
